Questioner [Q]: So, Mr. “Gravity Ace” what’re you gonna teach me?

“Gravity Ace” [“GA”]: I can teach you to sit.

[Q]: Sit? Me? I sit! Who needs you!

[“GA”]: Nobody!

[Q]: Wait a minute ... I’m intrigued ... what do you mean by sitting? What kind of "sitting" do you teach that you've been doing that for the past 45 years?

[“GA”]: Key question. Good for you. “Sitting”: It's watching the movement of your breath through the entire body, with feet squarely planted on the level, and you behind comfortably sitting on a firm flat surface. [Knees slightly lower than the top of the thigh.]

[Q]: What’s the big whoop with that?

[“GA”]: Well, there’s that you are noticing that you breathe, and that it moves into your whole body. Along with
the felt sense of being grounded on the floor and on your seat.

[Q]: So?

[“GA”]: That’s it. Key Point: WITH NOTHING ELSE GOING ON. Just the breathing and the sitting. And, of course, the unattached witnessing in presence awareness. There's an emptying process in doing this ... simply watching thoughts and feelings come and go. You don't try to hold on to or count the clouds in the sky. Yet, there's only one sky. There's an inner "sky", and its on the, well, inside.

[Q]: That’s a little rare for me to take in at once. Any benefits on a more mundane practical level?

[“GA”]: Sure. Like how when you lift your hand and arm to take a bite of that slice of Pizza, how your weight shifts ... it's so the change of balance won’t tip you off your chair.

[Q]: Sign me up!

[“GA”]: First Lesson... Take a breath. Notice how it is. Where it goes. Where is doesn’t. How much effort is there. Volume. Side to side comparison. Where does it go easily; then with a little push? Things like that. Just look at it from many angles. Okay? Then, notice that you are noticing all that. Then, let it be. After all, Gravity is the Therapist. Gravity is tool. Gravity is the Teacher. Dig it! And, by the way ... very important... don’t forget to breathe.

 [Q]: Is that it?

[“GA”]: If you keep up regular with that simple practice you'll begin to notice things moving around, loosening up ... automatically. Gravity knows the way. And the way, so you shouldn't be concerned, the way is the same way as for any structure on Earth. By design the Human body structurally is arranged for living integrated in balance with the vertical Line of Gravity. Naturally, symmetry and level horizontality is an integral part of such normal, health balance.
